Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth (50%)
Media Strategy: Define and execute the overarching paid media strategy across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
P&L; Management: Own media business unit targets, forecasting, and commercial planning.
ROI Optimization: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-led, result-oriented campaigns.

Operations & Campaign Governance (30%)
Budget Governance: Oversee, allocate, and optimize large-scale media budgets to maximize cost efficiency and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with creative, servicing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, CTR) and apply insights for continual media efficiency.

Team Leadership & Capability Building (20%)
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and upskill team leaders and performance managers.




Innovation: Foster a culture of testing, automation, and continuous improvement (including adopting AI marketing tools).

You’d fit right in, if you:
Are any Graduate/MBA with 6–8 years of relevant work experience
Have experience of both Google & Meta platforms
Have solid team management experience managing multiple teams
Have experience in managing large advertising spends across multiple accounts
Have solid project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Office Timing - 5 days working. Hybrid , 3 days WFO. Regular 10.30 to 7.30 ,
