Job Description:

Position Summary

HR Manager will lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, HR operations, policy implementation, and workforce planning while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Drive performance appraisal and employee development.
Handle grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Plan employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
Support manpower planning and succession planning.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, and management dashboards.

Qualifications
Master's degree/MBA in HR or related field.




5–8 years of HR generalist/managerial experience.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
