Location: Kochi, Kerala Department: Architectural Design (AD) Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar sales role Creo Homes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Architectural Design Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in handling leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Creo Homes' architectural design services • Support the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions • Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM • Coordinate with internal design and sales teams for customer requirements • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations,



and other sales documents • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships • Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role • Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills • Good coordination and organizational abilities • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace • Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam Why Creo Homes?
