Key Responsibilities
Map and document end-to-end business processes and workflows.
Assess current digitization maturity and identify automation opportunities.
Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to define improvement roadmaps.
Measure and track digitization uplift, adoption, and business value realization.
Conduct process validations, user interviews, and operational analysis.
Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
Support change management, training, and rollout activities to drive adoption.
Ensure alignment of digitization initiatives with business objectives and OKRs.
