We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading private-sector bank in Hyderabad.
Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–2 Years,
Education: Any Graduation
Salary: Up to ₹ 4.6 LPA
Freshers: Up to ₹ 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and email
Provide timely, accurate, and qualified responses
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Support initiatives to improve customer experience and service delivery
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Positive understanding of banking products and processes




Proficiency in typing and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service
Important Eligibility
B.Tech freshers are not eligible for this requirement.
B.Tech candidates with prior Customer Support experience are eligible.
