Role & responsibilities
Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
Promote sports memberships, coaching programs, hourly court bookings, and retail products.
Handle customer enquiries, calls, WhatsApp and CRM follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate billing, daily cash/accounts, and stock records.
Ensure store cleanliness, product displays, and excellent customer experience.
Collect customer feedback and Google Reviews.
Support sports events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high billing and stock accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
03 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, sports, hospitality, or similar industries.
Passion for sports and interacting with people.
Robust communication skills in English and Tamil.




Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM and billing software.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
