Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Plastics /ITI
Key Skills:
Knowledge of Injection Moulding, injection blow moulding, blow moulding and utilities.
Competent in problem solving and hard working.
Checking the Daily Routine Maintenance Checklist on daily basis for verification of all the maintenance of machines and motors.
Process the maintenance as per the checklist incase of incomplete checking in-house or outsource the engineer and rectify the problem.
Execute on the Preventive Measure Plan given by the department head and update on records.
Check and execute for any electrical work incase of shifting of machines from one place to another.
Process the installation of recent machines whenever required in the unit.
Control power consumption , point out wastage
Approve safety norms related to department
