Typing speed should be minimum 25words/Minute.

Responsibilities:
Accurately post payments (ERA/EOB) into the billing system.
Analyze and process insurance and patient payments.
Identify and handle denials, rejections, and underpayments.
Ensure proper adjustment posting (contractual, write-offs, etc.).
Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits.
Work on denial codes and take necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate with AR/Claims team for unresolved issues.
Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports as required.
