Senior Performance Marketer

TechXR Innovations is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing high-budget Google & Meta campaigns, optimizing performance across e-commerce channels, and improving key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage 1 Cr+ monthly marketing budgets.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize the marketing funnel.
Collaborate with the creative team on high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Experience in B2C, D2C, E-commerce, or OTT companies.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
Proven experience handling 1 Cr+ campaign budgets.
Preferred: Candidates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.)
