Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities.
Develop project execution strategies, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
Monitor project performance against approved baselines and implement corrective actions where required.
Manage project controls including schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress measurement.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive material readiness and procurement expediting for critical components.
Monitor fabrication and assembly schedules to ensure adherence to customer delivery commitments.
Identify schedule, procurement, and resource risks at an early stage.
Develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules to minimize project delays.
Conduct critical path analysis and recommend actions to improve project performance.
