A career within Price Waterhouse & Co, to be part of the tax technology team (direct tax) where you will work as a tax technology delivery champion responsible for ensuring direct tax compliances using the in-house tax technology solutions for a diverse range of clients, testing and conducting proof of concept (POC) on PwC Tax Tech solutions and also interacting with clients to present and discuss compliance reports.
Responsibilities:
This role involves ensuring the delivery/ completion of direct tax compliances using the in-house tax technology solutions that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of tax processes
Deliver tax compliance through PwC tax technology solutions
Undertake testing of the tools and provide feedback from a tax functional and operational perspective with guidance from PwC Managers
Preparation and presentation of PwC tool generated reports for client discussions
Conducting POC s of the in-house tax technology solutions
Mandatory skill sets
Experience in working on various direct tax compliances relating to corporates (Tax Returns, TDS, etc.)
Excellent communication (verbal and written both) for effective interactions, internally and with the clients
Excellent working proficiency of MS Office
Preferred skill sets
Prior experience with the direct tax technology domain is preferred
Familiarity with major applications like Power BI, Alteryx and similar tax compliance/ accounting software
Working knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle etc.)
Claude, Harvey, Gen AI, Alteryx
