We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and supervise the shop-floor team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production work is completed as per the plan, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Explain job requirements and work instructions to workers.
Coordinate with workers to ensure proper execution of assigned jobs.
Handle and resolve machine, material, and production-related issues.
Ensure all work is completed as per the production plan and engineering drawings.
Conduct inspection of completed work and coordinate with the quality team.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
