Requirements:
2–5+ years of Customer Service experience
Mandatory: Experience handling US-based customers/companies
Experience in wholesale distribution, bulk orders, or inventory management
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
Strong English communication skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
Willingness to work in US-aligned shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, process wholesale orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, track shipments, manage returns/credits, and resolve order-related issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
