Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and drive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, employer branding, stakeholder management, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
Forecast hiring needs and create workforce plans
Drive diversity & inclusion hiring initiatives
Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability
Recruitment Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage high-volume and niche hiring requirements
Ensure quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics are met
Implement structured interview and assessment processes
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team
Set performance targets and KPIs for recruiters
Conduct regular training and capability-building sessions
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams
Act as a hiring advisor and provide market insights




Ensure explicit communication and alignment on hiring priorities
Employer Branding
Strengthen company brand across hiring platforms
Partner with marketing for recruitment campaigns
Drive campus hiring, social hiring, and talent engagement initiatives
Data & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios)
Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency
Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards
Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
Standardize recruitment processes and documentation
Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Required Qualifications

Education
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred

Experience
8 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
At least 3 5 years in a team handling / leadership role
