We need someone to bring us clients. We handle the tech. You handle the pipeline.

The Role

You find businesses that need software, AI tools, or cybersecurity - and bring them to DevForge.

We build. They pay. You earn.

This is not a salaried desk job. This is a revenue role. You eat what you kill.

What you'll do

- Identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, agencies) who need tech solutions
- Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls
- Understand client requirements and pitch DevForge's services
- Book discovery calls / meetings for the founding team
- Follow up and nurture leads through the pipeline
- Close deals (with founder support)

You're a positive fit if:
- You've sold something before (anything - product, service, even offline)
- You're comfortable talking to strangers (cold outreach doesn't scare you)
- You think in terms of revenue, not tasks
- You're self-driven - nobody needs to tell you to follow up
- You understand business needs (even at a basic level)
- You're hungry and want to earn based on performance

Bonus (not required)

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of B2B SaaS or tech services
- Existing network of business owners / startup founders

Compensation

Commission-based (15-25% of deal value)

Example: You close a ₹2L project → you earn ₹30K-50K

No cap on earnings. More deals = more income.

Top performer in first 3 months → Full-time offer with base + commission.
