Job Summary

Bharat Oorja Distilleries Pvt. Ltd. (BODPL) is looking for a smart, organized, and professional Office Receptionist / Administrator to manage front office operations and provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Maintain visitor records, office files, and administrative documents.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for daily administrative activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office administration.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Ensure the reception area and office are organized and presentable.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.





Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
