Marketing Executive – Job Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing team in field activities.

Field Marketing
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.
Develop recent business prospects and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities in the market.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and promotional material placement at retail outlets.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Digital Marketing
Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and publish engaging marketing content, including posters, videos, and promotional posts.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for promotional materials.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Maintain and update the company website and online business listings, if applicable.
Assist in running online advertisements and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel for field marketing activities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel locally.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
