Manage direct sales channels to achieve business targets for life insurance products.
Identify recent business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to increase policy renewals and upsell/cross-sell prospects.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on life insurance products.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer queries and issues.
