Position: Relationship Manager DSA Channel

Location: Mumbai / New Delhi

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and channel partners. The role requires strong channel management capabilities and the ability to generate business through external sourcing networks.

Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new DSAs.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to drive business growth.
Ensure quality sourcing and smooth loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams.
Achieve assigned business targets and portfolio growth objectives.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Sales, or Housing Finance.
Proven experience in DSA/Channel Partner Management is mandatory.
Solid sourcing network and market knowledge.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates should have worked in the respective market/location for at least 2 years.
