Role & responsibilities
Drive new business development and achieve sales & margin targets.
Identify, generate, and convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
Promote Security Guarding, Facility Management, Electronic Security, Man-Tech, and OneSIS solutions.
Develop a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business.
Generate Cross Sales and Up-Selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Coordinate with Operations and support functions for seamless project implementation.
Monitor collections, improve DSO, and maintain healthy account profitability.
Maintain accurate CRM, sales MIS, and business forecasts.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile




MBA with 38 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Integrated Facility Services, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Logistics, or Industrial Sales will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
Robust exposure to current client acquisition, key account management, and solution selling.
Experience in handling corporate clients, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
Good understanding of sales funnel management, lead generation, CRM, and business forecasting.
Ability to generate Cross Sales and high-value business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
