Assistant Manager Maintenance: Responsible for electrical maintenance, utilities, substations, and power distribution systems to ensure secure and effective plant operations through preventive maintenance, compliance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage electrical maintenance for machines, utilities, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Handle electrical safety, compliance, HT/LT systems, inspections, and contractor coordination.
Develop PLC programs, implement poka-yoke systems, and support current machine installations.
Lead the maintenance team, drive continuous improvements, monitor KPIs, and support energy management initiatives.
