Role & responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop current project opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate enquiries from architects, builders, developers, consultants, government departments, and institutional clients.
Ensure product specifications in upcoming and ongoing projects.
Build a solid pipeline of projects and convert opportunities into sales.

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with:
Architects
Interior Designers
Builders & Developers
Contractors
MEP Consultants
Project Management Consultants (PMC)
Government Agencies
Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.

Sales Execution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for project execution.
Follow up on enquiries until order closure.

Project Tracking
Track projects from specification to execution.
Monitor project progress and maintain regular contact with stakeholders.




Ensure timely product approvals and sample submissions.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and current product launches.
Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements.
Submit regular market feedback reports.

Coordination
Coordinate with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service teams for timely execution.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and after-sales support.

Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
Prepare project tracking reports and sales MIS.
