About the Role

Heaven Decor N Gifts is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers choose premium home dcor and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and invoice generation.
Assist in stock management, inventory counting, and replenishment.
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
Support festive promotions, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and product knowledge.

Required Skills




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/POS billing is an advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
Positive presentation and grooming.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in retail sales, Chandleirs, home dcor, electronics, or gifting is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

11:30 AM 9:00 PM (Weekly Off as per company policy)
