Responsible for maintenance and handling troubleshooting process equipment In ETP & STP.
Ensure that all equipments Like ETP & STP are running in valuable working condition.
Responsible for timely attend for breakdown maintenance for minimum idle time.
Responsible for timely maintain the documentation like Daily reports, Logbooks, Preventive maintenance report.
Coordinate with production team for any concerns Regarding ETP & STP requirement on daily basis in both plants.
Maintain all spare part requirement related to ETP & STP.
Maintenance of pumps & Blower of ETP & STP as per maintenance schedule.
Cleaning of plant as per SOP, Back wash, Filter replacement is to be carried out as per SOP and Plant parameter.
In case of emergency carried out Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance as per SOP for GOSD, HINJ block and Utility equipment’s.
all dosing chemicals in respective dosing tank level check and maintain on daily.
Following shift schedule and reporting to department head / Designee.
