nAirBuddy Aerospace is growing its manufacturing team We are looking for an experienced Senior Manufacturing & Fabrication Engineer / Senior Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer / Senior Fabrication Engineer who can set up manufacturing processes from prototype to production.
nExperience Required:
n5–10+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, and production engineering
nExperience in setting up manufacturing processes from prototype to production
nCore Responsibilities:
nPlan and execute manufacturing processes
nDevelop fabrication methods for mechanical components
nSelect suitable manufacturing processes based on design requirements
nHandle CNC machining, turning, milling, and fabrication activities
nCoordinate with machine shops and fabrication vendors
nDevelop SOPs and work instructions
nSupervise fabrication and assembly operations
nOptimize production time and manufacturing costs
nConduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues
nEnsure dimensional accuracy and quality standards




nManage production planning and scheduling
nInspect fabricated components before assembly
nImplement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
nLead shop-floor teams and technicians
nEnsure workplace safety and compliance
