Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager for Kentro Spine at Rivarp Medical Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role includes planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for spine implant products, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and distributors.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, conduct product presentations and demos, and support training and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals. Daily activities involve coordinating with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and promotional campaigns,



tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also requires participation in conferences, workshops, and industry events to increase brand visibility and support business development.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, preferably in orthopedics or spine implants.
- Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and distribution partners.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in transparent, accessible language.
- Proficiency in basic business tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized training in healthcare or marketing is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales and marketing targets within defined timelines.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required and to participate in industry events, conferences, and training programs.
