Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate current business leads through calls, visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical, project, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities,



and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection when required.

Requirements :

- Education: Any Degree / Diploma; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales & Marketing preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
