- Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Target Achievement: Responsible for driving sales of LAP Home loan products and achieving regional volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Team Management: Leading, coaching, and managing a team of sales executives/relationship managers.
- Channel Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with direct selling agents (DSAs), channel partners, and connectors to source business.
- Loan Processing: Ensuring the quality of files logged, and ensuring timely, compliant processing by working with credit, legal, and technical teams.
- Experience Skills: Usually requires 5-13+ years of experience in secured lending (LAP/mortgages/HL) with solid team leadership, communication, and market knowledge
