- Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.n

nProgram Definition & Governance

- Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.n
- Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.n
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.n

nCross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.n
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.n
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.n

nExecution Excellence

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.n
- Monitor perks realization and business outcomes post implementation.n

nStrategic Reporting

nIdeal Candidate Profile:
