The ideal candidate should have solid communication, leadership, customer relationship, and sales coordination skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and guide the sales/counselling team.

Monitor daily calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. Support the team in converting leads into admissions. Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships. Train and motivate team members. Track team performance and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding. Identify opportunities to improve admissions and business growth.





Candidate

Requirements3–8 years of experience in Sales Management, Team Handling, Education/Training, Banking, Real Estate, or related sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. Good knowledge of sales follow-up and customer relationship management. Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge preferred.
