Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Explain products, services, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
