Role & responsibilities
Support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch activities.
Monitor material movement and ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Prepare daily MIS reports on stock, dispatches, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Work on warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation.
Handle any operational assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
