JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Manager- Business Development

Report to: General Manager- Marketing

Qualification: B-Tech/Diploma in Engineering ( Add values if done MBA in Sales & Marketing)

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: Up to 8 LPA ( Depend on Current salary)

Location: South India ( Field Job)

Office Time: 9:00 to 05:30 PM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced at dealing with a range of external stakeholders and internal departments
Drafting , Time Management and Problem Solver
Relationship Building

IT literacy:
Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software, Google drive etc.

Job Responsibility:
Creating opportunities and current markets across for existing and current products
Getting approvals and being responsible for the entire market from identification to

conversion
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs




Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and utilities
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Always updated with global market knowledge and insights
Convert enquiry to business generation

Advantage if knowledge of mentioned products- Isolator/Disconnector, Surge Arrester, Auto Recloser, Load Break Switch, Fault Passage indicator, Railway Switches, or from Transformer industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
