Job Description MICE Sales

Company: Zenith Holidays Limited Position: MICE Sales Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR Salary: Negotiable (Based on relevant experience and current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Acquire new clients through networking, references, cold calling, and lead generation.
Prepare and present customized MICE proposals based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with clients.





Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales.
Proven experience in a target-driven sales setting.
Robust corporate client base and industry network will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Robust business development and client acquisition abilities.
Positive knowledge of Domestic and International MICE destinations.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
