Job Title: MIS Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with solid knowledge of Excel & Advanced Excel. The candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, along with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint. The role also requires good communication skills and a responsible attitude toward ground-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
Work extensively on Excel (Advanced Excel tools required)
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in records
Generate reports such as attendance sheets, operational data, and performance reports
Coordinate with HR/Admin for employee and field data updates
Maintain and track vehicle related data, costs, and operational records (preferred – automobile industry exposure)
Support day-to-day MIS and reporting activities

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)




Good understanding of data management and reporting
Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of letter drafting (optional)
Positive communication skills (especially for on-ground coordination)
Responsible and accountable attitude toward work
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and data handling ability

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any field (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / BCA preferred)
1–2 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Executive / Back Office Executive
Prior experience in the automobile industry preferred
