We are an early-stage e-commerce startup building a quick-growing online brand.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who understands performance marketing and is excited to grow with a startup.

This role is for doers, not just planners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Assist in Google Ads (Search & Shopping), ChatGpt Ads
Track performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions
Design creatives (images/videos) with the AI design tools like Canva, Veo3,Nano Banana Pro.
Improve landing page & product page conversion (basic CRO)
Manage WhatsApp & retargeting campaigns
Prepare straightforward weekly performance reports
Experiment, test, and scale what works

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Basic understanding of funnels, attribution & ROAS
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ChatGpt
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment




Willing to learn and take ownership

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with WooCommerce
Design knowledge of Canva
WhatsApp marketing or email marketing experience
