Description
The Commis II supports the kitchen team in preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. This role is ideal for a culinary qualified with foundational kitchen experience who is eager to develop technical skills and grow within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes for daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
