Sales Manager-Agency & Retail Broking- General Insurance - 3-8 Years-Kolhapur

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across SME, Private Car and Two-Wheeler insurance through Agency, Retail and Broking channels. The ideal candidate will have strong General Insurance/Non-Life Insurance experience with proven expertise in channel partner management, business development and achieving sales targets. Strong exposure to Motor Insurance, SME Insurance and agency/broker relationships will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Driving sales and business development for SME, Private Car and Two-Wheeler insurance through Agency, Retail and Broking channels.
2. Developing and managing relationships with insurance brokers, agencies, intermediaries and distribution partners.
3. Identifying and onboarding new agencies, brokers and business partners to expand market reach and generate incremental business.
4. Driving new business, renewals, cross-selling and upselling through assigned channels.
5. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales, premium and revenue targets.
6. Building strong relationships with channel partners and improving partner productivity through regular engagement.

Requirements
1. Holding relevant experience in General Insurance / Non-Life Insurance sales.
2. Having experience in Agency, Broker, Retail or Intermediary distribution.
3. Demonstrating strong knowledge of Motor Insurance, particularly Private Car and Two-Wheeler products.
4.



Having exposure to SME Insurance sales will be preferred.
5. Demonstrating proven ability to acquire, develop and manage agency/broker relationships.
6. Possessing strong sales, negotiation, business development and relationship management skills.
7. Being target-oriented with strong execution and market development capabilities.
8. Having good understanding of insurance products, distribution models and sales processes.
9. Holding a relevant graduate qualification.
