Role Description The Sales Intern role is a remote internship designed to support the growth of Credlancing’s financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and sharing information about suitable products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. The intern will assist in managing leads, following up with interested customers, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Additional tasks may involve supporting customer service inquiries, participating in sales training sessions,



and collaborating with the sales team on outreach campaigns. This role offers exposure to fintech sales processes and the opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, present suitable financial products, and support conversions.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest to learn from structured sales processes and performance tracking.
- Ability to work remotely in a disciplined, organized manner with basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM or spreadsheet software.
- Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services, with a willingness to learn about loans, credit cards, insurance, and advisory offerings.
