Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, customer referrals, field activities, digital enquiries, and corporate/business development.
- Meet and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets assigned by the dealership.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nissan vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives while effectively explaining product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within company guidelines, and successfully close sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain customer records, enquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate with the registration and delivery teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in showroom promotional activities,



outdoor marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering a superior buying experience and maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
- Adhere to company and dealership policies, processes, and ethical business practices.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2- 5 years of experience in automobile sales or any retail/direct sales workplace.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM applications.
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
