Role & responsibilities

- Generate current customers through door-to-door sales, field visits, cold calling, references, and local networking.

- Visit potential customers and explain the company's products and services.

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.

- Conduct regular field visits across Pune and other locations in Maharashtra.

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the reporting manager.

- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and other sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order/service processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

- 01 year in sales, field sales, direct sales, or business development; freshers with a strong interest in sales can apply.

- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

- Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- English and Hindi communication are compulsory; Marathi is an added advantage.

- Confident in meeting and speaking with new people.

- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualities:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and with a team.

- Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and customer follow-ups.

- Ready to take initiative and achieve sales targets.
