Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Connect with customers through calls, messages, meetings, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to overall business growth and sales performance.
