We are growing, and we're looking for a passionate Sales Executive to be part of our journey.

Role Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your role is to understand client needs, present our design solutions, and guide them through their interior design journey from the first conversation to project confirmation.

What You Will Do

- Identify and generate leads through site visits, referrals, social media, and outreach
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements, vision, and budget
- Present company portfolio, services, and design concepts with confidence
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, concepts, and quotations




- Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Conduct site visits and support initial project discussions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions via CRM or trackers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident in client-facing presentations and discussions
- Sales-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of interior design services, materials, and project flow
- Ability to handle multiple leads and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Interior Design / Real Estate / Home Décor industry preferred)
