Sales Executive – Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable motorcycles. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth. Maintain knowledge of current offers, promotions, finance, and exchange options. Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
Coordinate test rides and support customers through the purchase process. Maintain accurate records and provide timely sales reports and customer feedback.
