nAirBuddy Aerospace is growing its manufacturing team We are looking for an experienced Senior Manufacturing & Fabrication Engineer / Senior Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer / Senior Fabrication Engineer who can set up manufacturing processes from prototype to production.
n
n Experience Required:
n▪️ 5–10+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, and production engineering
n▪️ Experience in setting up manufacturing processes from prototype to production
n
n Core Responsibilities:
n✅ Plan and execute manufacturing processes
n✅ Develop fabrication methods for mechanical components
n✅ Select suitable manufacturing processes based on design requirements
n✅ Handle CNC machining, turning, milling, and fabrication activities
n✅ Coordinate with machine shops and fabrication vendors
n✅ Develop SOPs and work instructions
n✅ Supervise fabrication and assembly operations
n✅ Optimize production time and manufacturing costs
n✅ Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues




n✅ Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards
n✅ Manage production planning and scheduling
n✅ Inspect fabricated components before assembly
n✅ Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
n✅ Lead shop-floor teams and technicians
n✅ Ensure workplace safety and compliance
