About the Role We are looking for a highly proactive, presentable, digitally savvy, and business-oriented Executive Assistant . The ideal candidate should be someone who can think ahead, manage information with discretion, coordinate across teams, drive follow-ups, and ensure execution . Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day business and administrative activities of the Founder & Chairperson. Manage calendar, meetings, schedules, appointments and guest management .



Develop a robust understanding of hospital operations and coordinate with various functions to ensure effective execution. Manage travel arrangements, daily schedules and other critical requirements of the Founder & Chairperson. Support new projects and strategic initiatives , with flexibility to travel across locations as required. Prepare and manage MIS, dashboards, data analysis, reports, presentations and Excel-based summaries . Coordinate and track meetings, travel plans, appointments and critical follow-ups . Handle internal and external communication, emails, documentation and business correspondence independently. Track action points, project progress and deliverables , coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely closure. Maintain effective communication between the Founder & Chairperson and various internal and external stakeholders .
