Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Indore.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective customers, understand their insurance requirements, and provide clear, accurate information about available plans. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and guiding customers through the comparison and purchase process. The role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, meeting sales and service targets, and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience.

Associate will also stay updated on insurance products,



regulatory guidelines, and PolicyX.com’s internal processes to ensure compliant and effective sales practices.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand needs, and close sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, online comparison platforms, and standard office software.
- Ability to learn and explain insurance concepts, products, and regulatory guidelines in a straightforward, customer-friendly manner.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of ethics and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
