Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Indore. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with existing customers across the company’s product and service range. Daily activities include meeting clients, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery and installation.



The specialist will also support marketing initiatives such as local promotions, field visits, and basic online outreach to strengthen brand visibility and generate demand.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members or channel partners on product features and service standards.
- Experience in construction, fabrication, or building materials (aluminium, steel, glass) is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) is beneficial.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships is an asset.
