Sales Executive – Wedding & Event Sales Company: AutoVeer Group – Namaste Dwaar Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Hospitality / Event Sales About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Namaste Dwaar . The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, conducting venue visits, and converting enquiries into confirmed wedding and event bookings . Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and enquiries through various channels.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable event packages and services. Handle enquiries related to weddings, events, banquets, accommodation, food and other services. Conduct venue/property visits for prospective customers.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for booking confirmation. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and bookings.

Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, Housekeeping and Accounts teams for smooth event execution. Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.





Ensure timely follow-up for advance payments and booking documentation.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, Wedding Sales, Event Sales, Banquet Sales or related fields. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities. Target-oriented and customer-focused approach. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting. Hindi and English communication skills required. Presentable, confident and skilled personality.

Knowledge of the local market/customer network will be an advantage.
