We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM / Technical Service Owner to manage the overall ServiceNow landscape and day-to-day technology operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, CSDM and IRM/GRC landscape.
- Own Change & Release Management, including conflicting/high-risk changes.
- Support SOX Audit / ITGC, coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements.
- Monitor and manage Vulnerability Management results and remediation.
- Manage ServiceNow lifecycle, middleware instances and integrations.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and coordinate with ITSM teams/stakeholders.
- Maintain CMDB integrity, governance and ServiceNow platform continuity.
- Work closely with Shikha/ITSM team, technology teams, auditors and other stakeholders.
Skillset :
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and IRM/GRC.
- Solid understanding and experience in Change Management and Release Management.
- Experience with Vulnerability Management and remediation coordination.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
- Experience in technical service ownership, ServiceNow operations, and platform governance.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow lifecycle management, integrations, middleware, and platform continuity.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across ITSM, technology, and audit teams.
- Experience supporting SOX Audit / ITGC and working with external auditors is preferred.
- Experience with middleware and enterprise integrations is preferred.
